I was curious if I can ground all three wires together in my '07 STI or if they each need to different ground screws?

You can ground them together.

 

Just make sure you have a nice neat, clean ground.

 

If you are using the existing ground wire from the stock radio, you might want to use one, heavier guage wire and ground those three straight to the frame. Just drill a screw into an unpainted piece of metal.
