Can someone please help let me know how to reload my software or point in the right direction to them? I have the unit Avuc-F500BT.

I would search around for an f500bt backup. I have seen a few floating aound on here. I do not have this unit but I believe you may be able to use the f700 igo backup. But the software that runs the system is slightly different so I am not sure how much of the software you need.
