How to I upgrade a Z110bt that was already hacked and upgraded to a Z120bt to a Z130bt.

Your sentence structure is confusing. Upgrade to what? Sounds like you want to upgrade a Z120 to a Z130? It has been covered many times, we don't need to re-post. That's why this forum is so cluttered.

What I meant to say is, I have a z110 that I already upgraded to the z120 software with the hack\mod from this site. Am I able to upgrade this unit to z130 software. I have not seen a posting that states I can do this. I don't want to brick my avic.

See the threads discussing installing CNSD-210FM. It's nearly the same whether you have a Z110 or Z120. Only difference is which Pioneer update you use to insert the ShortFuse hack. While there is no permanent "sticky", there are many posts which address this.
BTW, no guarrantees you won't brick your HU, but it is unlikely.
