Avic-d3 and iPhone 4 not auto pairing

Hi folks. Just bought a car with an avic-d3 and what I guess is the btb200. The iPhone will pair and register but won't auto pair(auto pair is on). Any ideas? Also, is there anyway to see what modules are actually attached to the head unit without digging behind the dash?

Deleting and re-pairing worked for me

get rid of the iphone and get urself a blackberry bold 9900......never had an issue
