I recently purchased an x910bt that someone tried to mod and messed up and im looking to restore it to factory, if someone happens to have the oem backup files and could share them with me i would greatly appreciate it. also the steps on how to reinstall it. ive already gotten into testmode and ran a couple of tests and everything comes up good so i know there isnt any hardware issues should only be software.

Do you still need the back up files ? I have the 3.1 software that i have used on a avic f90bt and 910BT. It has the 2011 maps as well.

I know it's been a while since this post but if you still have the 3.1 software for the X910BT I could surely use it.  My unit restarts when connected to I-phone bluetooth, and need the maps for the three units that I have.

Im having the same issues.  Id like to restore it.  Did you get the software?
