I am on my third unit under warranty. The first unit wouldn't connect to my phone and allow me to bluetooth calls, although it saw the phone and played pandora, podcasts, etc. The nave also never had audio with my first unit. Second unit had a dent and something wrong with the screen, but it did let me bluetooth ONE call, but still no audio for nav. Now with the third unit in, I can't get audio for the nav and I can't bluetooth phone calls. But I can still bluetooth pandora, podcasts, etc. Installer has gone over it with a finetooth comb and can't come up with a reason for this. Pioneer really isn't helping much. I am tired of taking my car in to get units swapped out. I just want to bluetooth my phone calls and have a voice for my nav. Everything else works great!

Any ideas? I am desperate..... I've had this unit for nearly a year now. I paid way too much money to not have it work the way it is supposed to. And I hate not having bluetooth for my phone calls.

Thanks for any ideas....

Nav and phone guidance audio is only available through the front channels. Sounds like your speakers arent wired to the front audio. Do you have an external amp? Of so, where does it get it's audio source from? I don't think the problem is with the HU, but something is wrong with your installation.

One other thing to check, there is a separate level control for voice/phone. Make sure it isn't too low.

Thank you! Between your response and the first helpful tech phone call with Pioneer, I finally had the info. I needed to take my car back in to the installer, explain the problem and he fixed it. So, my bluetooth now works and my nav talks to me. Yippee! Next question is - can you change the horrible voice on the nav?????

Thank you!
