I bought this head unit and everything is working great. The only problem I have is getting video through my head unit via app mode. Audio works fine, I have the unit bypassed and the pioneer cable. What could be wrong? Thanks, Drew.

Is the screen black with icons on the right side? If so, make sure that AppRadio has launched on your phone. If it doesn't automatically, launch it from the phone.
