Hi

Got an AVIC-F920BT that will not work with my mobile Samsung Galaxy S2 (android 4.0.4)

I can pair them on bluetooth but few seconds after the phone locks up and then reboots.

Any one got the same problem?

Phone locks up, or unit?

The phone locks up. Can't push the buttons or anything until it has restarted.

sounds like a phone OS issue not an avic issue

Okay thanks.

See if I can get hold of another phone and give it a try...

Found the problem and as you said it was the phone.

Apparently there is a problem with pairing the phone over bluetooth

if you are running another kernel/rom on the phone than the original.

So once I went back to using the original rom on my Samsung S2 there

was no problem pairing it with my Pioneer and using it after without any problems.

So thanks for the input

No worries. That's the issue with droid... Os doesn't play nice with all devices.
