I bought my car with an f310BT on it. It has no memory card so i tried my own memory card and it doesn't work.

Does it need a special memory card(like Pioneer manufactured one)?

I really need to add some maps because in my country it can only see main roads.

almost any fat32 formatted memory card will work.

You are trying to add maps? where did you get these maps from? Unless you are running some custom nav software, you must use the proprietary maps provided by pioneer.

You might want to look at getting the 2012 map update from pioneer for your region.

I tried using a 16 GB SDHC class 6 Memory card but it won't work..

i havent used one that big, but have used a 4gb SDHC class 4, and 8gb SDHC class 2 i think

there are a few other threads on here regarding this. I think somebody said they had success with a 32gb card so it may be compatibility with that particular card
