hi,

The new firmware pioneer avicf940bt has you he an action (share) on the bypass?

I at present the firmware 4.0 and the vision of video DVD work perfectly by running (driving).

The firmware 4.01 is going to forbidden the function bypass ?

no bypass did not change in 4.01

same hardware bypass applies, or you can also do softmod

I can past firmware 4.01 with my avicf940bt and keep (guard) the modification bypass for video DVD.

the textbook of l 'update of pioneer, it is written

firmware 4.01 for AVICF40BT.

it is so ok for avicf940bt ?

file AVIC-F40BT_Ver4.01 in SD card

the pioneer does not make anything ? he sees SD card

but not update ?

the exact method?

Insert the SD card at what time?

When the pioneer is turned off, the SD card is in?.. .and then pioneer on it?

yes - your "application version" is 4.010 - the latest.

The update is not starting after I put the SD card in. Do I have to replace some files or should the updat start automatically.?

Solved, now, it was alrady updated to 4.01.

I just installed a f700bt. The unit is running version 3.02. Will this upgrade work on f700bt? Thanks
