hi, ive been pionted in this direction from the 911uk forums, i purchased a pioneer f930bt, and had it running nicely in my car, but was never happy with the radio reception, so decided to take it out and have a look around, whilst looking i unplugged the power connector from the back of the unit, i didnt think this would be any different from disconnecting the batter with the unit in, which i had done before, but when i plugged the connector back in its asked for a password !!! i bought the unit second hand, and asked the seller, he said its never had a password, and to set one at this point, i tryed entereing simple passwords, but it fails, so it obvously does have a password
is there a std password set by pioneer from new > or a way to fo a hard factory reset to get around this ?? then I will be back to wondering why the radion reception was so poor, that is why i started lookin at the back ...
thanks
