My 3200BT has been rebooting and loosing time/date, favorites, going back to factory defaults, sometimes up to 3x a day, any suggestions?

Perhaps installed incorrectly ?

It's been running fine for a couple of years, started lately, I called Future Shop's technician, he said something about folders being full and requriing firmware update?? Where can i find the latest firmware for this model?
