While connecting the phone to the AVH-8400BH via bluetooth stream the music is choppy and sounds like it's skipping. I try the same phone on logitech bluetooth gateway on my home stereo it plays fine.

Any suggestions?

To add to the mix is that I can use an iPod touch on both (the Pioneer AVH-8400BH and Logitech Gateway) and both works fine. My phone is a bit older and there's no firmware for it.

Has anyone else encountered this?

I used to use streaming often, not anymore, but I never had this issue, not even once. Must be your phone or something.
