Today I installed a Pioneer Avic Z-120BT in my 2009 Honda Civic EX coupe. The navigation works, and I get sound through the speakers whenever I'm using the radio in both AM and FM. However, when I hook my Iphone 4S up, my music is recognized and it will play on the unit, but there is no sound from the speakers at all. I have the parking brake bypass done (mute wire over one slot hooked to ground and the green wire), and I still can't figure out why I'm not getting any sound from my Iphone 4S. The firmware is the most recent as well. Any help would be nice. I am also using an amplifier bypass harness.

Are you talking about hands-free phone (BT) or the wired interface? If wired, what cable are you using? (you need the optional iPod interface cable and not a knock-off from ebay)

I just ordered the

Pioneer CD-IU51V.

I was using an adapter I had from my old radio. This should solve the problem.... Thanks for the reply anyways.
