Does anyone think the bypass relay may stop the HU from doing BT updates? My unit does not show the BT updates being available. Does anyone know of any other potential issues with the bypass being used?

you have to turn the unit off and then go to settings. Bluetooth update should now be available

Wait they fixed the bluetooth streaming issue ? where it didnt show the song title and artist ?you have to turn the unit off and then go to settings. Bluetooth update should now be available

no. I was referring to how to do the update. As far as the update goes, I have no idea if its available. I sold my crappy Iphone 5 for a galaxy note 2. Bluetooth streaming works just fine.

Could you elaborate a bit more. When you say turn off, you mean hold down the source button?

I have never had a streaming issue with my Motorola Photon. It shows the artist info.

I found it, thanks a lot of the advice. It was even in the manual, fancy that!
