hi Please Help me,

I was listening to music on from Iphone 4s connect through usb, suddenly i got a quick error regarding "AV" something can't remember the code, it was quick. Now my navi turns on display message "system in process please wait" and reboots after 3 mins or so. it keeps doing that. please experts help me...cant do anything on it now.
