IS THERE A NEW 2013 MAP UPDATE FOR THE X940 BT YET?

No. The 2012 update was just released 6 months ago. Check back in August. The 2013 models havent even been released yet. They will be released in the spring, and usually, the map updates for the year are released about 6 months afterwards for the older units.
