I have tried the blue-yellow wire from the pcm, but it did not work I also noticed that the wiring from the pcm in the 07 is completely different form the 05 and 06 mustangs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's the only wire I'm seeing as vss. You could try going to one of the wheel speed sensors.
It's a dark blue/yellow,top plug,pin 3 at the PCM
