Hello all,

Yesterday I had a JBL MS-8 signal processor (with its own modestly powered amp) installed. Now the music all sounds great but no I get NO system audio, if that's what to call it - no beeps, no BT phone or audio, no navigation prompts, etc. Any ideas on how to restore these?

Sounds like the installler is feeding your amp with the rear output channels (I assume line-output is being used). Guidance only comes from the front channels. The HU has 3 pairs of RCA audio outputs: Front, Rear, and Subwoofer. The cables are labeled.
