Hey I just got a Pioneer SPH-DA02 from crutchfiled super cheap woot! but today when I was driving home I got an error CIS.exe has performed an illegal operation  The prompt will come up after reboot if I go into general settings and or into the AM/FM Radio application. I contacted crutchfiled and they did not have an answer but they are replacing the HU. 

 

I performed the firmware update before I installed the HU on Saturday and everything seemed to work until today. 

 

Has anyone ever had this issue before or seen this issue?

Should I jump ship on the appradio SPH-DA02 and get the DA100?
