Hello everyone. I have seen recently that the new AVH-X8500BT can trigger the voice control on a paired iPhone. That is a feature I used a lot in my last car (equipped with an Alpine CDE-133BT) to make calls or to control the music player and I really miss it on my AVH-8400BT. As it is just a software issue, could it come to the 8400BT on a firmware update? I'm asking this because I don't know if Pioneer has done anything like that before.

Anything could happen if the manufacture decided to but Pioneer doesn't add features to units once they are released especially after they have been discontinued.

That's not good news...
