Just installed the appradio 2. I can't seem to listen to FM radio and use my apps at the same time. Why did they design it like this. Extremely annoying when I'm listening to news and trying to navigate.

Double press the home button and use the "mix" function.

The Mix function is a feature of the AppRadio 2 that allows the radio to Mix the audio source of the Radio with the Video source of the Phone.

If you use apps like mixtrax and i heart and switch to navigation and loose your music audio, this double tap home and press play restarts the audio from the last playing appradio music app.
