Hi,

I can't seem to get my ASWC to work with this new unit.  I have a 2012 Chevy Silverado that I'm trying to get it to work with.  I have the Pac OS-4 wiring harness and that seems to be working well.  I hooked up the Axxess ASWC to this wiring harness as directed for vehicle (per the wiring instructions for this vehicle) and connected the 3.5mm plug into the input in the back, but it doesn't seem to recognize the radio.  When trying to program this, it will flash 7 times after hitting the volume up repeatedly and then the LED will eventually go solid as if it is setup correctly,  but no control link is established.  I know the unit works since it was connected up to a Kenwood model recently, but I didn't like it so sent it back.  

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks. 

Did you connect the cable to the unit?

I did connect to the unit, but like an idiot I plugged into the 3.5mm jack on the harness and not the one labeled "W/R".   I plugged it into the correct place and now it works great.
