Your link doesn't work, but to answer your question anyway. The cable you're probably talking about is what you'd have to get in order to play video from the ipod.

I Did a search, but only a few feedbacks.

It'll work, there are versions of that though that will also charge the ipod. The one you showed doesn't charge the ipod.

The pictures don't show it, but there is also a 12v power lead from the dock connector on that cable which you can hard wire into the vehicle for iPod power/charging.

It's basically a homemade version of the Xtrememac Roadshow Cable.

I didn't see that, and the wording on the auction led me to my conclusion. Oh well i was wrong what else is new.
