I have the Pioneer AVIC-X9310BT Nav. One major nuisance I have been having is that it seems to be impossible to use the touchscreen.
I have read that it does take a while for the screen to warm up before it become responsive. However, I have had occasions where I tried using the unit after a 15mins drive and still get no responses from the touchscreen. Either it doesn't register my clicks at all, or clicking somewhere on the left side of the screen triggers a response for somewhere on the right side of the screen (ie. clicking on Nav icon causes the Music icon to be clicked instead)
Recalibrating screen doesn't seem to help. I did try something out of curiosity though. I used a blow dryer to warm up the screen, and did get quite responses from the screen.
It this a common problem with the unit? Anyone know of a fix? Should I get the unit checked?
Thanks in advance.
