I have purchased an Appradio 2 and have a gen 4 ipod touch. The ipod is running 6.1 and is Jailbroken, I have Tomtom software. is it possible to get it working on Appradio, what other software do I need to download and install so that I can run other ipod touch apps?

Tom Tom is not App Radio Compatible so the answer is no. You can try App Radio Extensions which allows support for unsupported apps but it is limited and touch support from the unit is not reliable. 

i have already tried tomtom on my ipod with appradio. for some reason tomtom is the only navigation software which does not detect the external gps of the appradio
