I've got the latest firmware for iPhone 5 and most up to date appradio.app. On the appradio, in settings, there is a button for factory reset, but once I click it and get the warning message, the ok button is greeted out and you can't proceed. Any ideas?

I am having the same issue.  I tried making sure the "off" was first pressed, still no luck.
