I have an iPod 4 and want to jailbreak it, is there a jailbreak available for 6.1.3, if so where can I get it from?

I normally just leave the ipod in the car, so want to use Cydia to turn it on and off when it detects power, to avoid a flat battery.

You can use Redsnow for an ipod with 6.1.3

It's not off topic. I leave my iPod in the car attached to my Appradio and it seems to be daring the battery. I am looking for a solution to powering down the iPod at the same time the Appradio is turned off.
