Was driving listening to a book on CD.  Suddenly, the CD stops playing, iPod connection not found and the front panels lights come on at engine startup, then go off.  Two questions:  anyone seen this problem and is there a way to get the CD out of unit?

I wonder if there's an option somewhere in TestMode to eject a CD.  This could be a solution to this issue.
