Hello everyone this is my first post here! I just purchased a new to me car and it has a x910bt in it. When I raise or lower the volume it causes the radio to cycle through the presets, if it has an SD card it will cycle folders. The volume will raise and lower, it just causes the other unwanted behavior. The unit says its firmware is 3.02.

sounds like the multi-function button (volume control among other things) is broken, either that or your not just turning it, your also tilting it one way or the other...

Does your car have the steering wheel control ?

Maybe your module is causing it
