I have Z110 that has been upgraded to Z140 software. Is there a way to adjust the time by minutes? The closest I can get it is about 10 minutes slow.

Are you sure your GPS is functional?  The AVIC gets its time (in UTC) from GPS then converts it to local time based on your system time settings. So you need to initially have your vehicle outside where it can receive sat signals.

I just picked up and installed the z110 on Saturday and it did not come with the GPS antenna. I do have one on order and it should be here tomorrow.

I was thinking it was because of the antenna and you have confirmed my thoughts.
