I have read thru all the upgrade topics and can't find how to upgrade the maps for the 140 all the upgrades seem to be for the 130 or below am I missing something?

140 is 2012 model, with 2012 maps.

they have not yet released the US 2013 map update. When it does, it will be for 140

Has anyone contacted Pioneer to see if they are even going to release a 2013 update?

The EU update is out (  http://www.pioneer.eu/eur/products/25/38/301/CNSD-410FM/page.html ) and a while ago someone posted that the US one was available for purchase but it was later removed from NAVTEQ and PioneerUS web sites.

I have totally other question to you: how can I solve this notice: There is a problem with your Av.exe in PRG0.After install you will have to manually replace it with the original one ?

Yeah, i saw listed for 2013 euro update but nothing for North America ? 

Lol it can't be that nothing has changed on roads that they thought no point releasing an upgrade.
