Hi Guys,

I've got a brand new DA110 installed and everything works fine including streaming music via bluetooth.

I bought an iPod Classic and loaded it up with my music including album art which I inserted into the files using MP3Tag (I had them all stored as folder.jpg)

The unit finds the iPod fine and begins to play it but I get no sound. I can't pick a source in Mix as the button is not activated.

I just tested the iPod using headphones and it's all fine.

I'm just using the cable that came with the iPod and plugging that into the unit.

Any ideas?

I spoke to Pioneer and they confirmed that I need to buy

In order to get sound as it's not included with the DA110.

How does the unit find the ipod if it's not hooked up to it?  Is this through usb?
