Hey guys

 

I just got an F900BT. I did the install and ONLY forgot to include the brake wire (light green). I realized after, and didn't have time to go back.

 

However.. when I turn the unit on it takes me to the "enter password" screen. Which is fine, I have the password. 

I can't type though! The screen is completely unresponsive. I can "eject" and everything so I know its not just frozen. I updated and it made no difference. 

 

Can anyone say with certainty why? Is it because of that one wire? I was under the impression that would effect movies and GPS but not completely lock me out.. however it's a "typing" screen to enter the password so that might be why.

 

I will open it back up this weekend to re ground that wire, but for now I'd like to know if that's going to even help.. of if its a bad unit.
