Anyone know what wiring harness is needed in a 2000 Jaguar S-type for the AVIC D-2 headunit? I think it's a Ford but not 100% positive. If anyone has installed one and can help, please let me know! email [email protected] thanks!

i dont believe theres a standard harness, you could check metraonline.com but I think its something you would have to test and make sure wires are what they are suppose to be, not to mention amp and such

The stype's harness is indead a ford plug. The metra number is 70-1770. Don't remember if it pins out the same way though. Way to many years ince I played with one of those.
