what do you do with the antenna cable? do you hook up your stock antenna with this? if so where can you locate it? and is the pupose of this cable for radio reception???

Plug one end into the factory antenna plug behind the radio and run it down to the avic brain and plug it into the avic brain. Without that wire you will have NO am or fm reception whatsoever.
