I just bought the Pioneer AVICZ150BH and I need to know what I need to do to mirror my android phones? Do I need to buy the Pioneer CD-AH200C or I also read that I need some kind of Samsung Mql adatper?

You need both the specified Android cable and a MHL adapter. It does not have to be the Samsung flavor. I bought a generic one on Amazon for about $10 that works just fine.
