Hi, I recently installed my F930BT and am really happy with it but I noticed the other day that when using the navigation and I am approaching a junction it will mute my music but there is no audible instruction. Further investigation has found that this is also the case when trying to use the phone function.

 

AV music playback is all working fine and as said will mute but then it is just silent.

 

I have turned the volume to max for both navigation and voice but it has made no difference.

 

Any ideas guys?
