I am seriously considering buying one of the new mac mini's, hooking it up to the D1 through aux in, and using front row as a really awesome controler.

Does anyone have a mac mini and can confirm that it will display on the D1?

I dont see why it wouldnt work? headphone to rca, and s-video to rca video. should be fine. sad thing is.. which you know. you cant control it thru the touchscreen. which would be awesome

Get a video ipod instead it's cheaper and much more simple to connect to the AVIC. I installed a univeral ipod dock and the quality is pretty good considering it's an RCA connector.
