Hello from Austria!

I have bought an second hand Avic F10 which i updated to the newest software and maps (from 1.xxxxx to 5.xxxxx - Maps 2013). It works very well but the screen calibration needs to be done...

Now to my problem...

I go the the system Settings - Screen Calibration, Then i touch the centre of + mark displayed on the screen. After that on the screen is displayed to save i should tap the middle of the screen... (and on the screen is displayed saving - please wait - or something like that)

=> so i wait - 10 Minutes - 15 Minutes - 20 Minutes but the Avic doesn't do anything...

So i have to press an hold the mode button to cancel the adjustment...

Please help me . .... how can i solve this problem?

Thank you very much...

Was the calibration also off before you upgraded to 5.x? Might be a hardware problem with the digitizer/touchscreen.

Odd things sometime happen after an update. I would try a full reset by totally disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds.

Hello!

I don't know if the calibration worked before i did the update. Today I disconnected the battery for about 10 Minutes. After that i tried it again - but it also didn't work.

Best regards
