I don't enjoy having to come to AVIC411  , it usually means I have issues with my unit. But there always is a solution to be found here. I have been having issues with my F900BT, it doesn't display a Bluetooth version number and it stopped connecting to my iPhone suddenly. I can't find it using the unit or my phone. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have similar problem at my f9220bt. I tried to update bluetooth software with no success. Bluetooth menu options are grayed out, and there is no possibility to change any setup. 

Can anybody help me?

Look under Phone in your settings

These units loose the software for Bluetooth and you need to reload it
