Alright just installed it and have driven around a lot. VSS is hooked up, yet the position is waaay off from the road im driving on. It doesnt sync up to the road, its always running "next" to it. Why is this? Ive had Alpine navi's before and theyve never done thsi.

Where is your antenna mounted? How many satellites are you picking up?

have you tried driving around for 1 min or so. Mine adjusts to the correct location after 1min. Try driving on a major road too.

some times you need to go to the settings and select modify current location, wait a minute or so after the unit is turned on or drive to a street that is straight and then change the location of the arrow manually.
