Can't get app radio working

Hummm, I did not have to do any upgrades to my X950BH unit, but then I rarely do these. I followed the instructions in the App Radio users manual I downloaded from Pioneer and it works fine. I had also done the bypass and such as there are mentions in the App Radio manual about things not working when the e-brake is off and/or the brakes are not set? I don't use it much as I play everything off of a USB thumb drive (3500 MP3s and 150 videos).

No the app button never lights up

I GOT IT! I reloaded the firmware and it works! I wonder if I loaded the firmware for the wrong model... I get a lot of parking brake errors now but it still plays while I'm moving.
