Having an issue with a parking brake bypass. After a half hour or so I get the black screen and parking brake warning and it keeps repeating, also getting complaints from customers (and I have had this happened 3x to me) power shuts off while driving then reboots. Anyone else seen this or have this issue? The brake bypass is one thing but the rebooting I don't understand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Did you connect the vehicle speed sensor wire? I did on mine despite bypassing the parking brake and I kept getting issues. They went away when I disconnected the speed sensor. Now my issue- on the NAV screen, I get a message about the speed pulse, does anyone know how to eliminate the message? Ground or bypass the speed pulse for example??

The nav unit uses vehicle speed to refine its positioning. If you want the warning to go away, you'll need to hook it up.
