So I picked up a z110bt the other day and am wanting to update it, the device is running the orignal stock firmware. Im looking for a download link to the CNSD-110FM so I can start updating this thing.

Is there a way to do it without it? I can't find a live link anywere...

Don't bother. Go directly to CNSD-310FM. Be aware that many things besides maps will change - not all of them for the better (you'll loose VR command in navigation - not iPod). The iPod app is dramatically different, plus you'll get Pandora/Aha/AppMode.
