AVIC-Z150BH Same Satellite Antenna as AVIC-N3

I just purchased an AVIC-Z150BH to replace an AVIC-N3. Is there any hope at all that the navigation satellite antennas are the same? I really don't want to have to run another antenna out the brake light :(
