Updated my iPhone 5S to iOS 7.1 and confirm the screen resized (smaller with black frame) never occur so far.

While I do notice the screen did try to shrink every now and then. But it immediately goes back to fullscreen when that happen. So is like flicker for a second.

Mine to flickers every time a track changes , sometimes once sometimes 2-3 times.

if you have screen shrink issue in ios 7.0.x just install displayout in your iphone (i dont now why, but resolve screen shrink probleme in igo on 7.0.x)
