Hey ill admit I am a noob and im trying to get my unit working again. It powers on and goes to splash screen then shuts down. Only way to get it to turn on is hit reset. It will enter service mode and stay on. But im scared to just hit buttons plz help..

Best thing to do is read all the forums for your problem. It will take a fair amount of research for you to repair the unit but is certainly do-able. Plan on investing considerale time, though. If this seems overwhelming, you can always go to eBay and buy a repair SD card for under $30.
