I just currently sold my kenwood 7017 that i had in my car and i am looking to upgrade to possibly the z1. I was just wondering what all i needed to install this, like a trim kit, wiring harness or anything special, my kenwood came with everything and was a pretty straight forward install besides running the red wire up behind the instrument cluster, im not sure what it was b/c i had some help with that part. Also with my kenwood to play dvds while in motion all i had to do was ground out my e-brake, is the z1 the same? And how user friendly is this system.Once again my kenwood was pretty straight forward and a dummy could use it, i played with a z1 in a retail store the other night and it seemed a little difficult. One more question if you had to do it all over again would you still have bought the z1 after owning it?

Also does anybody know where the speed pulse wire is located on my car and if i can tap directly into it?
