My 7000 is showing the wrong time and I can't change it. It is 1 hr fast and nowhere in the manual does it show how to change the time zone or time ...only the format on page 189 digital manual...any suggestions?

I was trying to find it in the manual but you change the time zone in the navigation menus not the main system setting menus. I know it's been a while hopefully you've already figured this one out...
